Rosa 'Souvenir de Rose Marie'
This small-flowered rose is usually grown as shrub rose by pruning back hard every spring but found to be fine climber, sending old canes through other plants and pairing blossoms perfectly. New clusters of blossoms keep developing into fall. The saucer-shaped semi-double flowers are pale yellow with salmon-coloured shading. They have lovely scent and will rebloom even better with just little deadheading.
Versatile use as either shrub or climber. The pale yellow with salmon tones is distinctive. Suitable for growing through other plants, on fences, or as free-standing shrub. The continuous flowering into fall is exceptional. The pleasant scent adds appeal. Deadheading encourages better rebloom. Can be pruned hard as shrub or allowed to climb. The small flowers appear in abundant clusters.
