All plants and farm products are final sale.

Due to the perishable and living nature of plants, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been fulfilled.

If you believe there has been an error with your order, or if an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery so we can review the situation.

Refunds or replacements are considered at our discretion and only in cases where an error has occurred on our part.
