Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations work for those purchases.

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet available for immediate pickup or delivery. Pre-orders are commonly used for seasonal plants or items that are still growing or being prepared.

Payment for pre-orders may be collected in full at the time of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

You may request cancellation of a pre-order before the order has been fulfilled. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or prepared for pickup or delivery, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancelled pre-orders are subject to our Refund Policy.

Subscriptions and Try Before You Buy

At this time, we do not offer subscription products or “try before you buy” purchase options.

• Pre-order availability and timing are estimates and may be affected by weather, growing conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
• If there are material changes to the expected availability of a pre-order, we will communicate by email.
