Pickup & Delivery

Pickup

Pickup is available from the farm and nursery, at the farmstand.

After an order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are typically ready within one business day, except in the case of pre-orders.

For pre-orders, pickup timing will be communicated by email once availability is confirmed.

Pickup times are arranged in advance to ensure orders are prepared and ready.

Delivery

Local delivery is available by arrangement for a fee.

Delivery is limited to the following areas:

• Salt Spring Island
• Mayne Island
• Pender Island
• Galiano Island
• Vancouver Island, from Nanaimo south to Victoria

Delivery scheduling is coordinated after order confirmation and payment. Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and access requirements and will be communicated before delivery is finalized.

Delivery dates and times are estimates and may be affected by weather, ferry schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Additional Notes

• Orders must be paid in full before pickup or delivery is scheduled.
• Risk of loss passes to the customer once an order has been picked up or delivered.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, but we will always communicate promptly if schedules need to change.
