We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and representations of our products. However, plants are living items, and natural variation in size, shape, colour, and appearance should be expected.

Images and descriptions are provided as a guide only and may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Growth, performance, and longevity depend on site conditions, care, weather, and other factors beyond our control.

All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Glenraven Nursery Ltd. reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Orders are not accepted until payment has been received and processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.

If we are unable to fulfill or must modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.

Returns and refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be shown in your order confirmation.

Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes or delivery fees.

You agree to provide current and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge the payment method provided for your order.

Section 5 – Pickup and Delivery

Pickup and delivery arrangements are coordinated after order confirmation and payment.

Pickup is available from the farmstand at the nursery by arrangement. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery is available by arrangement for a fee and is limited to select regions. Delivery timing is not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, ferry schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon pickup or delivery.

All content made available through the Services, including text, images, branding, and design, is owned by Glenraven Nursery Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized use of our content is prohibited.

Glenraven Nursery Ltd. is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make are made directly with Glenraven Nursery Ltd. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Glenraven Nursery Ltd.
