Phlox carolina 'Miss Lingard'
An early-blooming phlox with lustrous dark green foliage and pure white flower panicles. Plants grow stiffly upright with glossy leaves that remain attractive through summer. Flowers appear in the gap between spring and summer bloomers, providing valuable mid-season colour.
Native to eastern United States. Young foliage can be susceptible to slug damage in early season, requiring vigilance. The early flowering time and glossy foliage distinguish it from summer phlox. RHS Award of Garden Merit recipient. Thrives with consistent moisture and good air circulation.
